Project update

There continues to be a strong interest in the business from a number of parties.

To date a limited number of parties have had access to various aspects of information on the business and have met Sterling SIHI senior management. Further information will now be released to this limited number of parties to allow them to establish a fuller understanding of the business. We expect this aspect of the project to continue for a few weeks during which time further discussions will be held to gain a clear understanding of matters.
